We have three different 4-hour Legal English workshops this summer:
- Contract Law. Activate your passive contractual vocabulary and discuss common boilerplates with their functions and how to limit liabilities in important clauses.
- Legal Correspondence. Focus on grammar and legal vocabulary. Brush up your accuracy and practice within legal contexts.
- Corporate Law. Activate your passive corporate vocabulary regarding entities, shareholders and rights, IPO’s, M&A, Due Diligence and Share purchase transactions.
