What do we find important?
Our training courses enable people within teams and organisations to work better together by bridging (cultural) differences. Our training courses are of high quality, and our social learning approach is one-of-a-kind and unique. But what really sets us apart is our people. It is precisely our mutual differences that lead to creativity and innovation. Based on a passion for language, culture, diversity and inclusion, we deliver high quality with genuine commitment, a lot of fun and heart for the cause.
What do we offer?
A varied job with a lot of independence and room for initiative. With a small team of enthusiastic colleagues, you will work to strengthen the market position of Language Partners and Mazi-Inc. We work on a hybrid basis, which offers great flexibility to combine working days at home with working days at our offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or elsewhere: everything is negotiable. You will receive a competitive salary, a laptop, 28 days’ holiday (for full-time employment), a one-year contract with the possibility of extension and the opportunity to participate in a pension scheme. As a training provider, we also find it important that our own colleagues continue to develop. That is why we encourage colleagues to take part in training courses themselves.
