We devote much time and energy on measuring customer satisfaction, with just one goal: our clients must be 100% satisfied. The interim and final evaluations are always a fixed component of our language training. We also regularly organise surveys ourselves or take part in them (Cedeo). In this way, we keep our finger on the pulse and can quickly correct faults.

Since 2006, Language Partners has been our regular language training provider. In the beginning, English, German and French language training was organised for the staff in our office. In recent years, however, the focus has been more on Dutch language training because most of our new staff come from abroad. We initially opted for individual, customised training at the Language Partners locations, but later, due to the larger numbers, we decided to switch to in-company group training.
